Add the Stairs 3-Step (No. 003) icon and the drawing starts describing the room as well as the band. It sets the physical geometry every other piece of gear has to work around.
Drag it onto the canvas, resize it, rename the label, and it lands in the exported PDF exactly where you left it.
Where it sits on the deck changes how the rest of the plot reads. Risers sit upstage centre or upstage left of the kit. Stairs face the side the performers enter from, and truss goes where it can be flown or ground supported without fouling a sightline. Snap the icon to the grid and the distances stay believable on a printed page.
Say this part explicitly. Give riser dimensions and height in the plot notes. Icons show position; numbers settle the build.
Stairs 3-Step (No. 003) is not an audio source, so it adds no rows to the input list. It is there to make the drawing accurate: it sets the physical geometry every other piece of gear has to work around, and the channel count stays clean because nothing silent is padding it out.
