Monitor notes

No wedges on this one, and that's deliberate. A string quartet seated close together hears itself acoustically; adding floor monitors would just add stage volume the blend doesn't need. If you're playing a larger room where the players are spread out more than usual, that's the one case worth adding a shared wedge back in.
