Place it, rotate it, and give it a label that matches the language your crew already uses. The export keeps all of it.
Stage position is the thing that gets argued about at load in, so it is worth drawing accurately. Furniture is drawn where the performer works, not where it is stored. Put it in performance position and the venue sets it in performance position. If the room forces a compromise, move the icon and export again. A fresh PDF is cheap; an argument at load in is not.
One thing worth writing down. Note who supplies each piece. Furniture is the most commonly assumed and least commonly confirmed item on any plot.
