Every plot has a moment where somebody asks "what plugs in where". The Wrls Mic Boom icon settles it on paper: it marks an open channel and the stand that has to be under it.
Drag it onto the canvas, resize it, rename the label, and it lands in the exported PDF exactly where you left it.
Where it sits on the deck changes how the rest of the plot reads. Vocal mics sit downstage on the performer line. Choir and overhead mics fly above and behind the group they cover, angled down and away from the nearest wedge. Snap the icon to the grid and the distances stay believable on a printed page.
Say this part explicitly. Mark wireless separately from wired. Frequency coordination starts from that count, and so does the battery order.
Wrls Mic Boom produces one channel on the input list, defaulting to a Dynamic input, a boom stand and phantom power off. It sorts at position 9 in the drums first, vocals last channel order that front of house engineers expect. Change any of it per plot; the default just means you rarely have to.
The input list behind the plot exports as a Behringer X32 or Midas M32 scene file, a Behringer Wing scene, or CSV channel names for Allen and Heath dLive, Avantis, and SQ, DiGiCo, and Yamaha CL and QL desks. See the console guides.
