Add the Drum Shield 3-Side icon and the drawing starts describing the room as well as the band. It shows that the kit is enclosed and how much extra floor that takes.
Drag it onto the canvas, resize it, rename the label, and it lands in the exported PDF exactly where you left it.
Where it sits on the deck changes how the rest of the plot reads. Shields sit in a shallow arc downstage of the kit, with a gap left on one side for the drummer to get in and out. Snap the icon to the grid and the distances stay believable on a printed page.
Say this part explicitly. Confirm panel count and whether a lid is used. A lidded shield needs its own drummer monitoring plan, usually in ears.
