Drop the Piccolo icon onto the canvas and the plot immediately marks an acoustic source that needs a condenser, a boom, and phantom power. That is the difference between a drawing a crew can build from and a sketch they have to interpret.

Put it where it will really stand, not where it is convenient to draw. Horn sections sit in a shallow arc upstage of the front line. Bowed strings sit seated, usually stage left, with enough clearance for bow arms. Stageplot Pro keeps every icon to scale, so the spacing you draw is the spacing the crew builds.

Piccolo produces one channel on the input list, defaulting to a Condenser input, a boom stand and 48V phantom power switched on. It sorts at position 7 in the drums first, vocals last channel order that front of house engineers expect. Change any of it per plot; the default just means you rarely have to.
