Drop the Seated Horn icon where the person actually works. It shows who stands where, which is the first thing anyone reads on a plot, and the gear around it inherits its meaning from that position.
Drag it onto the canvas, resize it, rename the label, and it lands in the exported PDF exactly where you left it.
Where it sits on the deck changes how the rest of the plot reads. Performer figures sit on the downstage line for front of band positions and further upstage for the rhythm section, spaced the way the band actually works. Snap the icon to the grid and the distances stay believable on a printed page.
Say this part explicitly. Match figure count to the contracted band size. A plot that shows eight people against a booking for six starts a conversation nobody wants on show day.
Seated Horn is not an audio source, so it adds no rows to the input list. It is there to make the drawing accurate: it shows who stands where, which is the first thing anyone reads on a plot, and the channel count stays clean because nothing silent is padding it out.
