The Top + Pole + Sub icon documents signal flow, not just scenery. It shows where the system lives and how much stage it consumes, which is the part of a plot the audio department reads first.
Place it, rotate it, and give it a label that matches the language your crew already uses. The export keeps all of it.
Stage position is the thing that gets argued about at load in, so it is worth drawing accurately. Mains sit outside the downstage corners with subs on the deck or flown, positioned to keep the front row covered without firing into the vocal mics. If the room forces a compromise, move the icon and export again. A fresh PDF is cheap; an argument at load in is not.
One thing worth writing down. Note whether the PA is house supplied or provided. Coverage arguments are much cheaper before the truck arrives.
Top + Pole + Sub is not an audio source, so it adds no rows to the input list. It is there to make the drawing accurate: it shows where the system lives and how much stage it consumes, and the channel count stays clean because nothing silent is padding it out.
