PA stage plot icons
PA icons put the sound system on the drawing. Even when the venue supplies the rig, showing mains, subs, and fills is how a plot communicates sightline constraints and usable stage width. Downstage speaker positions eat performance space, and that is far easier to resolve on a drawing than in person at load in.
Where it goes. Mains sit outside the downstage corners with subs on the deck or flown, positioned to keep the front row covered without firing into the vocal mics.
Worth confirming. Note whether the PA is house supplied or provided. Coverage arguments are much cheaper before the truck arrives.
