Place it, rotate it, and give it a label that matches the language your crew already uses. The export keeps all of it.
Stage position is the thing that gets argued about at load in, so it is worth drawing accurately. Power drops sit upstage of the performer and out of walking lines. Direct boxes sit at the player's feet so the instrument cable stays short and the noise floor stays low. If the room forces a compromise, move the icon and export again. A fresh PDF is cheap; an argument at load in is not.
One thing worth writing down. Count these before you send the plot. A missing quad box is one of the most common reasons a load in stalls, and it is trivially avoidable on paper.
DI Mono is not an audio source, so it adds no rows to the input list. It is there to make the drawing accurate: it marks a point where the crew has to land power or a direct feed, and the channel count stays clean because nothing silent is padding it out.
